Daily experiencing more happiness and fulfillment within the grind can be a reality. A rare opportunity awaits you to share in an evening of being enriched and energised inside-out. Devamrita Swami, an international life-coach, author and spiritual teacher will be delving into the happiness science from contemporary as well as time-honoured perspectives in his talk “Hiding in Unnatural Happiness”. Also included will be mantra meditation, music and sound with embedded potency to soothe and clear the consciousness. Rounding off the evening will be an amazing vegan dinner and the chance to make and mingle with friends.
Devamrita Swami, a New York-born, Yale graduate and monk in the now global Yoga tradition, will draw upon the ancient yoga science and from his new book, "Hiding in Unnatural Happiness", which probes our contemporary approach to fulfilment and progress and recommends another road, which is less travelled but timeless.
