This consumable exhibition is a culmination of years of collecting and bottles have been drawn from the private collection of Kelvin Low and the owners of Whisky Alement. Stocking rare whisky from closed distilleries including Karuizawa and Hanyu, rare old blends by Suntory and Nikka as well as early Japanese single malts, which paved the way for the modern products of today. Kelvin has amazing information about these whiskies, explaining where they fit into the landscape and history of Japanese whisky. This is an amazing opportunity to taste the history of a revered spirit.
