Melbourne has lots of great free events on this week.

The 6th annual Nusantara Street Festival brings together the Indonesian community living in Victoria and provides Indonesian businesses with an opportunity to showcase the best of Indonesia culture.

You can join in casual craft classes and workshops, or browse our wide collection of locally hand made vintage gifts and homewares.

Look forward to a jam-packed weekend with over 250 brands to shop from, tips and tricks from the parenting experts, one-on-one consultation at the advice hub and a range of entertainment.

This free event sees competitors of every ability take on the classics in front of a panel of judges, hosted by world-class comedian Diana Nguyen.

Over 350 exhibitor spaces and numerous quality promotions at the Field Days, around 8 10,000 visitors are attracted to the event each year.

More than 80 exhibitors join together to create a diverse shopping experience including textiles, illustration, jewellery, dcor, boutique clothing, woodwork, paintings and more.

The movies are open to senior citizens and are free for Moreland residents who hold an Aged or Disability Pension, or a Seniors Card.

Today at Bunning's Werribee the kids will be able to make poppies in kids clinic they will also be able to have their faces painted or get a tattoo.

A quality, highly curated market featuring sustainable handmade wares to one of Melbournes thriving high streets.

Rides, market stalls, food and drinks and lots of entertainment.

Come along to Burwood Neighbourhood House on Monday, 24 April to remember those who fought for our country and receive a BBQ Lunch.

All welcome to these free events hosted by the Frankston RSL Sub Branch.

If you are a local resident living on the peninsula, all you need to do is come along, bring some ID with your local address and grab a tree.
